This isn’t just a few changes—it’s a complete refresh of our menu, designed to elevate your dining experience with a wider selection of dishes. Why the New Menu?
Our brand-new menu has been crafted with all our guests in mind. We have introduced fresh, innovative dishes while adjusting some of our existing recipes to be more gluten-friendly and vegetarian-friendly. This is part of our goal to ensure that everyone who dines with us can enjoy a truly memorable experience.
New and Improved Dishes
Here are some of the highlights from our completely revamped menu:
- Chicken Sausage Skewer – A delicious replacement for the Arabiki Sausage, offering a flavorful and satisfying new option.
- Kani Tempura – A creative and indulgent addition that is sure to delight.
- Aburi Sushi – Chef-selected assorted Aburi Sushi Nigiri pieces (featuring Salmon, Ebi, Tamago, and Seafood Salad) for a fragrant and savory experience.
- Spicy Tempura Salmon Roll – A bold new sushi roll with an irresistible kick.
Additionally, popular sushi rolls such as California Roll, Cooked Tuna Roll, Cucumber & Avocado Roll, Vegetable Roll, Teriyaki Chicken Roll, and Tempura Prawn Roll are now available for individual ordering. With all these exciting additions, our new menu now boasts over 45 mouth-watering dishes for you to enjoy!

To align with our new menu, the pricing is now as follows:
- Most venues: $42.8 per adult*
- Wagga Wagga, Dubbo, and Unanderra: $44.8 per adult*
- ACT venues: $43.8 per adult*
These adjustments help us continue delivering the highest quality food and dining experience for our valued customers.
